Lookout Pass ski patrol volunteer Kirk Crum helps put merchandise on display Friday, Nov. 6, 2015, in preparation for Saturday’s 17th annual Winter Swap at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds. The one-day event runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and features items such as skis, snowboards, boots, Nordic and telemark equipment, clothing and other accessories. The event benefits the non-profit volunteer ski patrols at Silver Mountain and Lookout Pass.
