ARNOLD, Harold G. “Rex” (Age 83) Of Spokane, WA, a veteran Union Pacific railway locomotive engineer, died last Tuesday, November 4th, at the age of 83.

Harold started his career with UP in North Platte as a fireman and was promoted to an engineer on the UP engines running out of Spokane, WA.

He officially retired in 1993 after 36 years of railroading.

Survivors include his widow, Donna, two daughters Rochelle Alsup and Rhonda Arnold; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters Barbara Paul, Jerry Arnold, and one brother Kirk Arnold.

Funeral Services will be held at Fort McPherson National Cemetery, Maxwell, NE., Friday, November 13th at 1:30pm.
