Passed away September 28, 2015 Preceded by his parents Manley V. Bly Sr. and Allie Lee Bly.
Survived by sisters, Virginia Dean (Roger), Becky Kull (Tommy) and BLynn Bly Niece and nephews Chad Brittain (Lori), Heather Wood (Russell), Joel Dean, Lee Dean, Mike Bly (Seleena) and Matthew.
Great nieces and nephews, Skylar, Olivia, Tucker, Nelia, Ayden, Connor and Carson.
