Age 80
He resided in Spokane, WA and Priest Lake, ID.
Jerry was born July 25, 1935 to Ted and Audley Van Leuven in Oroville, Washington.
He graduated from Rogers High School in Spokane and then served in the Marine Corps Reserves.
In 1957, he met Barbara Grant in Hot Springs, Montana, while working in construction.
They married in 1958 and settled in Spokane.
Jerry started Van Leuven Construction in 1961.
Barbara and Jerry’s first child, Julie, was born in 1961 followed by Jeff in 1962 and Jill in 1968.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara, children Julie and Lowell Millard, Jeff and Cindy Van Leuven and Jill McBride, grandchildren J T and Michelle Van Leuven, Courtney and J P Stanek, Jason Van Leuven, Grant and Danielle Millard, Hillary Millard and Megan Millard and great-grandchildren Ethan and Jared Van Leuven.
Services will be Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Beyond Grace Fellowship, 1012 S. Freya, at 11:00 a.m., followed by a celebration of Jerry’s life.
