HOOD, Robert B.

(Age 92) Bob Hood, passed away peacefully on August 29th, 2015 surrounded by his loving wife and family.

Bob was born to Bruce and Myrtle Hood and raised in Aberdeen, WA.

His devoted aunt, Kitty Hansen was a loving and supportive influence in his life.

Bob was a World War II Veteran and a graduate of WSU.

He worked as Advertising-Marketing manager for American Sign and Indicator in Spokane, WA and after retirement moved to Olympia, WA.

Bob is survived by Eileen, his wife of 67 years; six children: Kathy (Jon) Parker, Trish (Jeff) Stier, Bill (Cathy) Hood, Bob (Shirley) Hood, Jane (Jeff) Gesell, Jim (Sue) Hood; 14 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; and a brother Bud Hood.

Bob will be remembered for his undying love for his wife, his devotion to his family and for defining what makes a good man.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 3rd at 2:00 P.M., in the Chapel at Holy Cross Cemetery, 7200 N. Wall St, Spokane, WA 99208.
