Dan passed away peace- fully at home on March 23, 2016.

He is survived by his wife Betty Cook of 55 years and his four children: Dan Jr., Ronnie, Mike, and Annie.

He is also survived by three of his 12 siblings Doris Woods, Pat Schneider, and Gary Cook.

He has ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Dan owned and operated his own contracting business for 45 years.

He loved fishing, building things, and raising the animals on his farm.

He will be dearly missed by all those who knew him.

A service will be announced at a later date.
