Harold and Joyce Read celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with a reception on March 5 at Sundance Meadows Clubhouse in Spokane.

Hosts for the event included their children and spouses: Kent and Sharyl Read, Spirit Lake; and Pam and Dennis Casadoro, Kent, Washington.

The couple were married March 9, 1951, in Spokane. They have four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
