Surrounded by family, Dorothy F. Phillips passed away peacefully on April 7th.
Dorothy was born July 16th, 1919, on a farm near Plaza, WA, to Elwin and Rose Churchill.
She grad-uated from Rosalia High School and EWSC.
She married Roger Phillips in 1942.
Together they owned and operated Inland Empire Toys.
They loved to travel, trips to Europe, cruises, and by travel trailer throughout the USA.
Roger preceded her in death after 42 years together.
Dorothy dedicated her life to serving others.
She was a member of Zonta, volunteered at Spokane’s McDonald House, St. Luke’s Hospital, SAFE, Kiwanis, and Meals on Wheels.
She was an active member at Knox Presbyterian Church.
Dorothy is survived by a daughter, Vickie Woodworth of Longview, WA; and a son, Dennis Phillips of Hattiesburg, MS; four grandchildren Shelley, Jill, Page, and Abbey, and two great-grandchildren Archie and Soren.
Also surviving is her sister Marjorie Masek, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
