Somebody Needs You

The goal of Somebody Needs You is to match donors with the specific requests of needy Spokane residents.

The list of requests is coordinated by Volunteers of America in cooperation with recognized social service agencies in Spokane. If you have an item to donate, please contact the social service agency directly. Donors who can deliver items are especially appreciated. If someone you know needs help, contact a local social service agency provider.

Low-income senior male needs a double mattress. Contact Mary at Elder Services, (509) 458-7450.

Low-income, disabled female in recovery, who is also very ill, needs a cane, adjustable or for a height of 5 foot 2, and adult coloring books and supplies. Contact Colleen Butler at Aging and Long Term Care of Eastern Washington, (509) 230-7123.

Low-income widow and two children need two double beds. Low-income family with three children needs bunk bed, would prefer one with queen bed on bottom and twin on top, but will take anything. Contact Kim Kotlan at Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program, (509) 893-4123.
