ALLWEST Testing and Engineering has hired Scott Marshall as an engineering geologist. Marshall has 28 years of experience in engineering geology and geotechnical engineering. He was previously with the Idaho Department of Lands.
Hart Crowser, an engineering, science and consulting firm, has opened an office at 505 W. Riverside Ave., Suite 205. John Haney has been named as the manager for the Spokane location. Haney also works as a senior associate environmental engineer.
