Passed away February 9, 2016, in Spokane, WA.

Marilyn was born in San Antonio, TX on July 12, 1934.

In 1956 she married Charles Earl Wallace and traveled the world with him during his military career before settling down in Spokane where they owned ABC Appliance.

She and Charles participated in the Lions Club and Blind Bowlers.

They were early adopters of technology, including computers.

Marilyn enjoyed cooking, gardening and especially loved being a mother.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wallace; her parents, Grover Cleveland Nelson and Verna Yates Emmons Nelson; sister Ima Jeanne Nelson Tubbs; and brothers Dale Keith, Harold Weslie, and Grover, Jr. Nelson.

She is survived by her children Charles Wallace, Jr., Brenda L. Wallace, Vickey R. Wallace, Connie Wallace, and Teresa (Ron) Juneau Simon; son of the heart Ron Warfield; beloved grandchildren Adrienne Stansberry, Geoff Wallace, Michael Strom, Matthew (Brandy) Wallace, Megan Juneau, and Christopher Simon; and great-grandchildren Noah, Ezra and Hazel Wallace.
A memorial service will take place on Saturday, February 20, 2016, 1 PM, at Mountain View Assembly of God, 633 E. Magnesium Rd., Spokane, WA.
