4 Corners: Idaho

Coming up: Saturday at Eastern Washington, noon.

Outlook: Idaho is the surprise team in the Big Sky so far after posting a road sweep of North Dakota and Northern Colorado to open conference play. Eastern Washington will have to find a way to contain Idaho sharp-shooter Chad Sherwood, who went 9 of 13 from deep on the road trip. Victor Sanders and Nahshon George will return to the starting lineup in Cheney after making way for Sherwood and Ty Egbert at Northern Colorado. A win would mark the first time Idaho has started 3-0 in league under Don Verlin.

Idaho leaders

Scoring: Perrion Callandret, 14.6 ppg

Rebounding: Nahshon George, 4.8 rpg

Assists: Chris Sarbaugh, 2.4 apg
