An injured hiker is transported over a rocky outcropping in the Dishman Hills Natural Area, Thursday, June, 2, 2016. About 9 a.m., the 26-year-old hiker fell approximately 30 feet down a rocky slope in the East Pond area, injuring his leg and back. He was trapped between a tree and a boulder. He used a cellphone to call for help and guide the Spokane Valley Fire Department technical rescue team to his location.
