City survey seeks input on garbage collection

Spokane Valley is soliciting input from businesses and residents in preparation for the solicitation of proposals for a new garbage collection contract.

A survey form asking residents about their preferences when it comes to pickup frequency, rates and recycling was inserted into the latest newsletter from the city.

The newsletter is delivered to all mailing addresses in Spokane Valley.

The survey is also available online at www.spokanevalley.org/solidwaste.

Completed surveys must be submitted to the city by July 8.
