Wedding anniversary: Spokane couple mark 50th year

Ed and Georgia Merz celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family gathering on June 19.

Hosts for the event included their children: Eddie Merz, of Aurora, Colorado; and Annie Canosa, of Austin, Texas.

The couple were married June 19, 1966, in Nampa, Idaho. They have three grandchildren.
