No. 14 Washington spotted No. 22 New Mexico (12-6-3) the game’s first goal then swamped the Lobos 4-1 in a second-round NCAA match in Seattle.

Justin Schmidt evened the score with a goal in the 28th minute. Scott Menzies gave the Huskies (13-6-0) the lead in the 47th with Elijah Rice and Beau Blanchard adding goals in the 57th and 65th, respectively.
