Samuel A. Clopton, 35, is loaded into an ambulance after police arrested him on a first-degree robbery charge Tuesday night at 29th Avenue and Howard Street. Clopton allegedly broke into a car on the West 400 block of 29th and was confronted by the owners who gave chase. After an altercation, they detained the him until police arrived.
