Eastern Washington quarterback Gage Gubrud was selected as College Sports Madness’ Big Sky Conference Player of the Week on Sunday for his performance in the Eagles’ 63-30 win over UC Davis.
Gubrud was 33-of-46 passing for 486 yards and six touchdowns and also rushed for 39 yards and a score.
The Eagles moved up to second behind Sam Houston State in the FCS in total offense with an average of 546.4 yards per game and is the leader in passing offense at 432.8.
