The Steam Plant will host an evening of beer and music at the second annual Blues and Brews Festival. Performing will be Charlie Butts & the Filter Tips, the Bobby Patterson Band and Lucky Stryke. A portion of all proceeds from the event will support Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Inland Northwest.
