Sheriff’s Office seeks public’s help in locating missing juvenile

The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in locating a missing juvenile last seen running from the New Beginnings facility in north Spokane Thursday afternoon.
Steven E. Hyde, 15, was reportedly upset when he left the facility, located at 102 W. Graves Rd. at approximately 3:50 p.m., according to the Sheriff’s Office Facebook page. Hyde is Autistic and takes medication for seizures. He may have difficulty communicating, according to the post.
Staff at the facility reported Hyde as a runaway when he did not return after a short period of time.
Hyde is approximately 5’4 and weighs 75 pounds. He is known to frequent Holmberg Park and the surrounding area.
The Sheriff’s Office asks that anyone with information about Hyde’s whereabouts contact Crime Check at 509-456-2233.
