Wheat U - Pacific Northwest wheat growers are invited to attend Wheat U, a one-day event sponsored by BASF. Keynote speaker Pete Berry, a crop physiologist at ADAS UK, is an expert on high-yield wheat production systems. Breakout sessions include fertility management for high protein and high yield, and weed, disease and insect management. A panel discussion from brewers and bakers will advise wheat growers on preferred wheat characteristics. The event is free and includes a complimentary luncheon.
