Education

Laura Rumpler has been hired as North Idaho College’s new chief communications and government relations officer. She currently works as director of communications for Coeur d’Alene Public Schools and has also worked as the assistant director of development for Inland Northwest Health Services and led communication and community relations efforts for Bend, Oregon, and Spokane County.

Government

Adam Lincoln has been hired as Pullman’s city supervisor. Lincoln has served as assistant to the city manager of Lakewood, Washington, since 2013 and has also worked with the city of SeaTac. After graduating from University High School and Western Washington University, Lincoln earned his Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington.

Gil Haubert has been named facilities director of Spokane County. Haubert joined Spokane County in April as the senior facilities manager after being employed at Jubilant Hollister Stier Pharmaceuticals.

Health Care

Greg Hager has been hired by Central Chiropractic and Massage. Hager was born and raised in Spokane and began the position in December.

Library

Darla Gunning has been hired as the community librarian and manager at the Community Library Network in Hayden. Originally from Eastern Washington, Gunning most recently worked with the California State Library.

Investments

Nancy Hadley, senior vice president, financial advisor, has been named to D.A. Davidson & Co.’s President’s Club, recognizing outstanding integrity and service to clients.
