Spokane Gives accepting project proposals, volunteers

Spokane Gives, a service project that matches volunteers and projects throughout the month of April, is seeking projects and volunteers.

Spokane Gives was founded in 2014, and since then more than 34,000 volunteers have given more than 170,000 hours of service to the community.

The project also highlights the need for volunteers year-round and just received a leadership award from the Friends of National Service.
