The Spokane Chapter of the Washington State Society of CPAs has elected its new board of directors. They are: Lisa Cushman, chair; Kate Casbon, vice chair/treasurer; Amanda Kelly, secretary; Jillian Robison, past chair; Brandon Gebhardt, events committee chair; Cathy Dehart, director; Arsen Djatej, director, Dan Fisher, director; and Shayna Zerobnick, director.

Architecture

ALSC Architects has announced the promotions of Troy Bishop, Kim Phelps and Greg Francis. Bishop will be director of design and has 14 years of professional experience. He has provided design leadership to projects at Northern Quest Resort & Casino and the Whitworth University Leadership Center. Phelps will be director of technical design and has served as project manager for projects including the North Pines Middle School replacement and Evergreen Middle School renovation. Francis, promoted to director of operations, provides expertise in technology specification, personal management, budgeting, compliance, risk management and business process improvement.

Non-profit

All Heart Infusion, a nursing organization, has acquired 501(c)3 status. Nurses from All Heart Infusion are available to provide care for patients at the organization’s office at 601 S. Division St., a physician’s office or a patient’s home up to 150 miles away. All Heart Infusion offers an on-call nurse 24 hours a day.

Retail

The online marketplace retailer Etailz has announced 15 new hires. Jesus Avila, previously with PushPay, has been hired as account manager-drop ship. Office Coordinator Sabrina Bauer comes to Etailz from Reddaway. Jacob Bromley,who has been hired as software engineer II, most recently worked at LaunchedIT LLC. Marissa Dolby has been hired as talent and culture specialist. She comes from Blue 449. Nick Duke, Matthew McGee and Nathan Sherburne have been hired as software engineer I. Duke and McGee are recent Eastern Washington University graduates, and Sherburne previously worked at Predictive Science Inc. Anelise Goodall, previously with Froyo Earth, will work as purchase order management associate. Lead Generation Associate Andrew Hayes comes to Etailz from Pacific Park Children’s Center. Jason Kariotis has been hired as software engineer III. He previously worked at Verint Systems. Alexandra Martin has been hired as account manager, and Holly Schwartz has been named application support. Both are recent Gonzaga University graduates. Kathryn Munro will work as product compliance coordinator. She previously worked at Infinity Rehab. Software Analyst I Tim Volstad comes to Etailz from Redemption Spokane. William Walker, junior pricing analyst-temp, is a recent graduate of the University of Alaska-Anchorage.

Tourism

The Coeur d’Alene Resort has promoted Jamie Cornell to director of sales and marketing. Cornell has worked at the resort for 14 years and in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years. She was promoted from associate director of sales.

Miscellaneous

Regina Malveaux, CEO of YWCA Spokane, has been named to Washington’s Women’s Commission by Gov. Jay Inslee. The newly created commission will address issues concerning women, including domestic violence, child care, sexual discrimination and harassment at work, equal compensation and the needs of women of color.
