Fire damages Chico’s Pizza in Moses Lake

Fire caused extensive damage to a popular Moses Lake pizzeria on Saturday.

Chico’s Pizza Parlor announced on Facebook page an oven fire caught other areas of the kitchen on fire and then spread into the building.

Firefighters were able to knock down the fire after several hours. A manager evacuated the building and no one was hurt.

The restaurant’s owners announced they hoped to reopen in the future after repairs could be made to the building.
