Coeur d’Alene wolf trapping class upcoming
The Idaho Department of Fish and Game will host two wolf trapping classes in February.
The classes will be held on February 9 and February 10. Each class is a separate, stand-along session. Idaho rules require the completion of a wolf trapping class before purchasing wolf trapping tags, according to a news release.
The classes will be held at IDFG Panhandle Region office in Coeur d’Alene (2885 W. Kathleen Avenue).
The course includes classroom instruction, a field demonstration and a written exam. The course costs $8 per student. For online registration add a $1.75 convenience fee. Participants must be at least nine years old.
