Mountain Gear to host alpinist Jess Roskelley

Spokane alpinist Jess Roskelley will speak at Mountain Gear (2002 N. Division St.) on Nov. 1 at 7 p.m.

Roskelley established several first ascents in Pakistan this summer.

Roskelley, a North Face-sponsored athlete, will share stories from the expedition and photos. The North Face will provide raffle prizes with the proceeds going to the Bower Climbing Coalition. The event is free.
