Northwest Farm Credit Services has announced four changes in the company’s staff. Allie Allen, previously AVP-credit officer at the company’s Salem branch, has been promoted to assistant vice president-lending and insurance. Ben Holling, who was previously vice president-credit, has been named senior vice president-credit. Erien Preus has filled the vice president-credit position, after serving as internal auditor at the company’s location in Spokane. Brandee Sink, previously with NAU Country Insurance Co. in Missoula, has been hired as assistant vice president-corporate insurance services.

Engineering

ALLWEST Testing and Engineering has promoted Shawn Turpin to area manager for the company’s office in Lewiston. Turpin, who has been with the company since 2012, was previously manager of the geotechnical engineering and environmental services department at ALLWEST’s Lewiston location.

Morrison-Maierle has promoted Jim Scoles to transportation market group leader. Scoles has been with the company since 2001. Morrison-Maierle has 12 offices throughout Arizona, Montana, Wyoming and Washington, including a location in Spokane.

Finance

D.A. Davidson and Co. has named three financial advisers to its President’s Club, one of the company’s honor organizations. The three recognized for their client-first focus and business skills are Paul Dumais, Buddy Honshell and John Lee, all of whom are senior vice presidents and financial advisers to D.A. Davidson and Co.

Northwestern Mutual has appointed Joey Meehan to district director of its Coeur d’Alene branch. Meehan started at Northwestern Mutual as an intern in 2011 while attending University of Idaho and has served as a financial representative for more than seven years.
