Dutches the black-and-tan colored dog was picked up and taken to the Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service in Spokane Valley. SCRAPS said in a news release that Dutches is a “great gal with lots of personality. (She) would like a family to share her love. (She) likes to go for walks.”
