Cross-country ski for free on the Ferry County Rail Trail on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Participants may check out free Nordic gear at the ninth annual event.

The free ski day will start at the north end of Curlew Lake at the Kiwanis Trailhead.
