Jim Frank to be honored as Spokane Valley citizen of the year

Developer Jim Frank of Greenstone Corp. will be honored as Citizen of the Year at the Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce’s gala gala Friday.

The event takes place at the Mirabeau Park Hotel. The doors open at 5:30 p.m. for a cocktail hour with a no-host bar and a raffle and silent auction. A gourmet dinner will be served and followed by the Gem of the Valley awards program honoring individuals who have contributed to the economic, civic, social and cultural well-being of Spokane Valley.

Tickets are $55 per person, and reserved VIP tables for eight are available for $600.
