Tree thinning project starting at Haynes Conservation Area

Spokane County Parks, Recreation & Golf Department and the Washington State Department of Natural Resources will thin approximately 24 acres of Haynes Conservation Area located in north Spokane County.

The work is scheduled to begin in early May and should wrap up in 6-8 weeks. To ensure the safety of park visitors, public access may be restricted within the Haynes Conservation Area where active work is occurring.
