Presidential candidate Mike Bloomberg announced his campaign will open an office in Spokane this weekend.

The office will act as Bloomberg’s campaign headquarters for the 5th Congressional District, according to a news release. Bloomberg, a billionaire and former three-term New York mayor, is scheduled to open a Seattle office Thursday, the Seattle Post-Intelligencer reported. He previously announced he planned to open 10 across the state and has three offices in Idaho.

“Our Spokane office will allow us to build a robust field program in Eastern Washington, making sure voters in every corner of Washington state hear why Mike is the best candidate to beat Donald Trump in November,” state campaign director Grant Lahmann said in a statement.

Bloomberg’s campaign said it will double its staff and spending on advertisements after problems with primary results from the Iowa caucus. The campaign has spent more than $300 million on ads so far.

The Spokane office will open at 2 p.m. Saturday. An address was not provided by the Bloomberg campaign.
