New medical office building to replace former site of United Health Services Credit Union
A building that once housed United Health Services Credit Union and several other tenants will be demolished to make way for a new medical office building.
Spokane-based Baker Construction & Development filed an environmental review with the Washington state Department of Ecology to demolish the building at 613 S. Washington St. and replace it with a 21,300-square-foot medical office building.
Construction is slated to begin in March and be complete by November, according to the environmental review.
