Bryce Olberding has been appointed to the Idaho Board of Landscape Architects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Idaho and has worked as a landscape architect for Architects West since 2012.


D.A. Davidson & Co. has promoted senior registered associate Melissa Holling to branch operations manager for the firm’s Spokane office. She has a financial paraplanner qualified professional designation and serves as mayor for the city of Spangle.


Moscow Medical has hired Jessica Cruz as a physician assistant. She is a certified athletic trainer with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and a master’s degree from Idaho State University.


Vera Water and Power in Spokane Valley has announced its 2020 board of directors, including new member Brian Hess, chief financial officer for Inland Power and Light. Other 2020 officers include Chair Diana Wilhite, Vice Chair Steve Wulf and members David Peterson and Floyd Schmedding.


Inland Imaging’s Holy Family, South Cowley and Spokane Valley centers have been granted a three-year accreditation by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission in Vascular Testing in the areas of extracranial cerebrovascular testing, peripheral venous testing and peripheral arterial testing. The accreditation requires facilities to undergo an intensive application and review process and be found in compliance with published standards.

The Idaho Irrigation Equipment Association has selected Trace Bedke assistant manager of Butte Irrigation, as its 2019 Person of the Year. The award is given annually to a member of the organization for providing years of service to the irrigation industry.
