Potentially life-threatening car crash involved several juveniles
The Spokane Police Department is investigating a serious and possibly life-threatening multi-vehicle collision involving several juveniles, Officer Craig Hamilton said.
The T-bone accident involving three cars appeared to start when one pulled out into oncoming traffic Saturday afternoon on the 8000 block of North Division Street, Hamilton said.
Emergency responders transported all minors to a hospital after the accident for serious injuries, Hamilton said. At least two minors came from one car, and another juvenile came from a second vehicle. As of 6 p.m. Saturday, police were still notifying parents of the accident.
Police did not believe alcohol or reckless driving were factors in the accident, said Julie Humphreys, public safety communications manager for the Spokane Police Department.
