Rock Pointe Tower undergoing $950,000 remodel on two floors

The Rock Pointe Tower is undergoing $950,000 in renovations, according to an application filed with the city.

Texas-based Rock Pointe West LLC filed an application in February to renovate more than 27,400 square feet of office space on the fourth and fifth floors of the tower at 316 W. Boone Ave. in the Rock Pointe Corporate Center.

Renovations include new paint, carpet, cabinets, fire alarms, lighting and reconfiguration of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, according to the application.

Spokane-based Carpita Construction is the general contractor for the project.
