Incorrect date, workplaceAnthony Vornheder was killed Oct. 2 and his sister Angelique Vornheder works at Providence Health & Services. In addition, Angelique Vornheder once tried to extend her brother’s psychiatric hold in Fairfax Hospital in Everett. Due to reporter error, a story that appeared on the cover of the Northwest section Thursday misstated the date of Anthony Vornheder’s death, Angelique Vornheder’s workplace and the location of her brother’s psychiatric hold.
