Messyness

A new entry in the offbeat franchise that started with “Ridiculousness,” this new spinoff hosted by Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi showcases people who are living their best lives while having the courage to celebrate the “messiness” in their lives. In each episode, Polizzi will be joined by a celebrity panel of guest, with scheduled appearances by actress and reality star Tori Spelling, former Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon and comic Teddy Ray, who view and comment on clips featuring everything from awkward proposals to nights out that take a wrong turn. (TV14) 7 p.m. on MTV.

Super Heists

The new episode “A Van Full of Dollars’’ chronicles how a bank employee who is regarded as a model worker by his managers and colleagues pulls off the second biggest cash heist in history when he stuffs a work van with $17 million in untraceable cash and flees to Mexico. Unfortunately, the thief finds himself betrayed by his partners in crime when greed fuels a murder plot. (TVPG) 7 p.m. on CNBC.

Hell’s Kitchen

The chefs jump back into the online dating pool, hoping they’ll find a perfect match for the ingredients they need for their dish, in the new episode “Swiping Right.” Later, the stakes are high during a special Steak Night dinner service, but chaos erupts when one team badly overcooks their dish. Gordon Ramsay is the host. (TV14) 8 p.m. on KAYU .

The Republic of Sarah

Sarah and Paul (Stella Baker, guest star Xander Berkeley) are just starting to make headway in their relationship when Ellen (Megan Follows) surprises everyone by returning home earlier than expected in the new episode “Pledge Allegiance.” Later, Weston (guest star Daniel di Tomasso) turns to Sarah for help after catching a big break with his story, and Danny (Luke Mitchell) accidentally makes things harder for Corinne (Hope Lauren), forcing her to make a hard decision. Izabella Alvarez also stars. (TV14) 9 p.m. on KSKN.

Ben & Jerry’s Clash of the Cones

In the new episode “Ice Cream Yum Yum,” host Molly Yeh tasks the five remaining ice cream masters with creating a flavor inspired by the rapper Ludacris and his favorite desserts. Later, for the chunk challenge, they’re assigned to create classic sandwich cookies from scratch, then incorporate them into their ice cream. Judges Chris Rivard, Jet Tila and his wife, Ali, decide which competitor goes home. (TVG) 9 p.m. on FOOD.

Below Deck

Mediterranean Chef Mathew hopes to polish off his most successful charter to date, while Lloyd throws himself into planning and leading a vibrant Oktoberfest celebration in a new episode called “Brews, Stews & Management Blues.” Later, Katie struggles to keep the interior afloat, leaving her to make a very unusual decision about her team. (TV14) 9 p.m. on BRAVO.

The Ultimate Surfer

Jesse Palmer hosts this new summer competition series, which premieres tonight and Tuesday, Aug. 24, and brings together some of the world’s best rising surf stars to vie for the title of Ultimate Surfer. The competitors, which include both men and women, train and live together at the World Surf League’s state-of-the-art Surf Ranch in Lemoore, Calif., which utilizes 11-time surfing world champion Kelly Slater’s human-made wave technology. Erin Coscarelli and Joe Turpel provide commentary. (TVPG) 10 p.m. on KXLY.

Climax

Filmmaker Gaspar Noz directed, wrote and co-edited this very unusual 2018 French-Belgian production, described in some quarters as an “experimental psychedelic dance horror film” set during an after-party following a winter rehearsal by a French dance troupe. The gathering starts out on a cheerful note, but things take a darker turn as the performers begin feeling disoriented, prompting suspicions that they have been drugged. Sofia Boutella heads the large acting ensemble, who were allowed to improvise most of their actions and dialogue. 11 p.m. on SHOW.
