1 Cat Video Fest 2025 A compilation of the latest and best cat videos. A portion of ticket proceeds from every Kenworthy screening goes directly to the Humane Society of the Palouse to help cats in need. 7:30 p.m. Friday, 7 p.m. Saturday, 4 p.m. Sunday. 5 Riverfront Moves – Hula Hooping with Coil Studio Introduction to form, body hooping, hand manipulations and tosses. 6-7 p.m. Saturday. Pavilion at Riverfront, 574 N. Howard St. Admission: Free.

6 Educators’ Day Classroom teachers, art teachers and homeschool parents can walk through the material giveaway area (outside Art Salvage) and select free creative materials, including paper, fabrics and textiles, mixed media supplies, interior design samples, craft items, art tools and more. 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday. 8 Hebocon 2025: The Junky Robot Competition Create a robot from assorted junk and gadgets on the first day and your robot competes in a sumo-style battle on day two. All supplies provided. 9 Celebrating the Soul of Blues Nicholas Sironka displays vibrant acrylic paintings of blues musicians. Live music by John and Monique Dingledein and works by Bob Lloyd, John Thamm, Rick Davis, Roch Fautch. 1-7 p.m. Friday. Shotgun Studios, 1625 W. Water Ave. Admission: Free.
