Busy, busy, busy at the Capitol this morning…

There sure is a lot going on in the state Capitol this morning. The hearing on the state health insurance exchange legislation kicks off at 7 a.m. in the Abraham Lincoln Auditorium. People started lining up at 6:30; you can listen live here. The Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee will set higher education budgets today, starting at 8. The first of two personal property tax relief bills is scheduled to be introduced this morning in the House Rev & Tax Committee, which starts meeting at 8:30. And that's just the top of it...
