Good evening, Netizens…
The results are already final…singer Susan Boyle won Second Place at the finals of Britain’s Got Talent.

The dance group Diversity took First Place, and Susan Boyle Second Place.
Is this the end of life in the big lights for Boyle, or just the beginning of something else entirely? According to several sources, Susan Boyle already has offers, including a CD and other lucrative episodes in her future. However, mark my words, in ten year’s time Diversity will have disappated to a twinkle in the firmament, and Susan Boyle will still, one hopes, be singing with that incredible voice of hers.

I would hate to wake up one morning having metamorphosed into Susan Boyle.

I agree totally. I said as soon as Diversity won that lets see who remembers them in ten years. Susan is a true talent. No disrespect to Diversity but, you can see that kind of performing on the street, it’s nothing special.

I thought repeating the same song was not ideal. Another song would have shown the greater range of her abilities. Something from Evita?
There was a video on Youtube..(wish I could find it now) showing her 15 - 20 years ago singing in a cabaret. She was a hotty back then.
With this talent, I am surprised/disappointed that it took a show like this for her to get recognized.
I hope she does well and furthers her singing carreer.
I would like to hear her sing our Natioal Anthem/O’ Canada. A tough song to do well, but with her vocal skills it would be very inspirational.
