Seems some crook is mimicking Pay Pal by sending official looking e-bills that charge for items in the $60 to $90 range. If you want to contest the charge, you're to click on a button that takes you to another Pay Pal-looking page that asks all kinds of personal info including your Social Security number, bank card and pen number, etc. Don't fill in the blanks. Call Pay Pal.
