Hanging Out — in New York

Members of the Moose Lodge in Huntington, N.Y. pose with their calendar portraits in their newly renovated lodge Thursday. From left to right are: Anthony Pennetti , Michael Silverman, Frank Bell Jr. and his son Frank Bell III, Charles Ford, and Stephen Gabriel Jr. The lodge was chosen by Bravo cable networks show, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. In July, 2005 the show descended on the lodge to make over its interior — and 12 members. The calendar shoot is central to a Queer Eye show set to air later this month. The calendars will be sold as part of a nationwide fund-raiser.

Question: Tactful bare-almost-all community calendars are becoming the rage a la “Calendar Girls.” Would you volunteer to model for one — for a good cause, of course.
