A few minutes ago, former Coeur d'Alene School District superintendent David Rawls announced his candidacy for the House District 3 seat now held by state Rep. Phil Hart, R-Athol. "I intend to campaign vigorously, meet with the citizens of the 3rd District and listen to you about your issues and in the months ahead obtain your vote in the May 27th primary election," Rawls said at a press conference at Hayden City Hall.
