Big Mac: Snow Measurements Differ

I have been measuring snow fall in my back yard after every storm. I wait until the snow stops falling and stick a ruler into the ground. I used the same spot all year, and it’s in the center of the patio to avoid measuring snow drifts. I have us at 134.5 inches this year. We get different snowfall in different parts of Coeur d’Alene. I live in Coeur d’Alene Place, behind Lake City High School. My parents live on the lake. They got much less snowfall than we did. My mother-in-law lives just off Best Ave. She has in between me and my parents/Big Mac.
