Ingalls: Some Took Press Seriously

Today a lighthearted April Fool’s Day story appeared in the Cd’A Press written under the fictitious name of “April Fuhl” stated that the Council had turned Tubbs Hill into a dog park. While most who have read the story understand it to be a joke, a few headline skimmers have called or emailed the city with genuine expressions of concern. For the record, there are no plans nor have there been any discussions about turning Tubbs Hill into a dog park. Parks Director Doug Eastwood was very impressed with the lighthearted humor on April Fool’s Day and said “Good job Cd’A Press, keep us laughing”/Deputy City Administrator John Ingalls, Coeur d'Alene Today
