Easter Wild Card — 4/12/09

A happy Easter Sunday to you, Merry Hucksters. I hope you plan to enjoy today with others. After church, I'll head to Frito Ray's for an Easter Sunday luncheon with the rest of the North Idaho family. I don't think an Easter egg hunt is on tap. Ray has the only younger kids among the Northwest Oliverias -- and one of them is a 'tween. Read: It ain't gonna happen. It's evident from Saturday's thread re: McEuen Field that we have a subject to discuss during the work week ahead. And probably for some time afterward. McEuen is holy ground. And city leaders and LCDC officials must proceed with caution when discussing changes to it. A wrong step will give opponents an issue that will turn the 2009 municipal election on its head. I'll see you back here Monday ...
