I have heard that Mitt Romney won the straw poll at CPAC the last three years in a row. I don’t think this poll means anything except provide a talking point for the weekend. Plus, Mitt was there, Sarah wasn’t. Even if she was there and even if she had won the poll, it wouldn’t matter because Mitt didn’t get the nomination in the two years he won prior to a GOP primary. Too much emphasis on something meaningless, I think.

I just finished uploading the new issue of the River Journal to the printer and had some time to scroll through HBO before heading over to the high school for class. Wanted to share this link with you in case you want any of these photos from the party: http://tinyurl.com/ddb6tq

Also… damn, Frum Helen, you couldn’t get an angle for a picture that didn’t show how much weight I’ve gained? For shame, child, for shame.

I have a few more things to say but not enough time so will catch you all on the flip flop, as my truck-driving Uncle Charlie used to say.

The attacks on Mitt Romney were unfair during the run for the republican nomination and it was obvious that the other candidates thought he was a big threat to their aspirations to be president.I hated to vote for McCain as did many others but,
we voted for him because of Sarah Palin being on the ticket.I don’t consider being a maverick to be a big plus for McCain, especially since he backed Kennedys amnesty bill, which is being a traitor to the american worker.

I just picked this up from MSNBC….

LEWISTON, Idaho (AP) - Former Nez Perce County Sheriff Jim Dorion has been charged with three felony counts of accessory to burglary.

( can’t wait to hear the details of this).

Bent - Spazz and I had your home brew last night and it was delightful! What was that blend? Was it your Stella attempt or something like an Alaskan Amber?

Looking forward to the tasting party at Stickmans soon! If we can attend we will be there!

Global Warming protest group snowed out in the nations capitol. Such irony, is just too good to pass up.
