come on everyone, sing along now: “meet Cathy who’s lived most everywhere….”
I watched entirely too much TV as a child…who’da thought that one of my faves would wind up as almost a neighbor…

I read that Patty Duke will be leaving for San Francisco to star in the musical WICKED..Wishing her only the best…

AFan - you’re correct. She’s leaving home to spend 6 months in the big city (San Francisco) but she’ll be back. I’ve heard the show Wicked is really fantastic, though I had never heard about it before recently.
So our kids have lost their “Uncle Annie” for a few months, but she’ll be back before we know it. Here’s a link to a story about the play and her role:

Mike it is a great show and great role. It is based on a book written by Gregory Maguire. If you have any free time pick it up, I think you will find it interesting…
Hopefully you will also get to see your Aunt in the show.
